He had a degree in engineering and had just recently moved to Christchurch and rented a house near the Al-Noor mosque. ▪️Muse Nur Aale, 77 taught religious studies at the Al-Noor Mosque. He lived in Christchurch for 30 years with his wife. The couple had no children, but Muse viewed his students as his own. They loved him, and he loved his community. ▪️Avverros, who is two years old, stands atop his father after he was shot several times. Moments earlier, his father shielded Avverros from getting shot by the terrorist. The good news is that both are expected to live. ▪️Abdul-Aziz Wahabzadah saved scores of lives and chased away the terrorist at the Linwood Mosque. Abdul-Aziz grabbed a cash register and threw it on the terrorist, hurting him and knocking the rifle out of his hands. He then chased him out of the mosque, and ran him off. He saved countless lives. ▪️Junaid Ismail, 36 was born and raised in Christchurch. He was with his twin brother in the mosque when he was called. His brother managed to escape with his wife. Junaid leaves behind a wife, three young children, and his mother who he took care of. ▪️Ansi Alibava, 25, was so excited to graduate Lincoln University in less than 2 months.
