The crust ! The texture !! It’s stays fresh for 5 Days great fresh or stale, toasted or in soups. It’s made with a crazy blend of amazing old school grains , milled with care made with love and slowly proved to develop the most amazing flavour and texture, this bread blows my mind I salute you young Ben ,Tom and Team damn so addictive 👍💪🙏🥜🥜🥜🇬🇧 @marinersinrock
