@lisa_wilkinson : So incredibly proud of hubby @peter_fitzsimons who was today announced to deliver the 2019 annual Andrew Olle Media Lecture, named in honour of one of the ABC’s greatest ever journalists and broadcasters. The annual lecture was set up to raise money for Brain Cancer Research following Andrew’s all-too-sudden death from a brain tumour in 1995, at the age of just 47. Luminaries to have delivered the address since then include Jana Wendt, Ray Martin, Waleed Aly, Mark Colvin, Laurie Oakes and Kate McClymont. Tickets go quickly, so I have put the link in my bio.
