@kerrywashington : I started doing #selfcaresaturday posts to share the crazy process of taking care of myself during the run of @americansonplay but... I want to try to maintain some of that effort now that the play is over! So I’m gonna continue to post them in order to continue to encourage myself. Maybe not EVERY Saturday. But often enough to keep myself (and my care) high on my list of priorities!!!!! This week: CARDIO. There’s nothing like a great podcast (I ❤️ you @guy.raz!) and few “hills” on the elliptical to make me feel more awake and alive and proud of my multitasking. #endorphins #cardio #selfcare
