@katiecouric : It’s hard not to make this week’s #WednesdayWomen Dr. Christine Blasey Ford. Tomorrow all eyes will be on her as she testifies about her experience with Supreme Court Nominee Brett Kavanaugh as a 15 year old girl at a party in the summer of 1982. The fact that she’s come forward has opened up a critically important conversation about sexual assault, memory, and the life long impact of trauma. It’s also spurred an important discussion around conduct, character and culture. I know many of you will be watching tomorrow and we should revisit this after we hear from both Dr. Ford and Judge Kavanaugh, but her willingness to be at the epicenter of this much needed conversation is so admirable and takes a great deal of courage. #wednesday #kavanaughconfirmation
