@juleshough : With all of the traveling I’ve been doing and much more to come, I’ve realized that it’s necessary to take a day to relax. Reconnect with yourself. Allow yourself to feel however you need to feel and FULLY feel and sit with it. Sometimes we only scratch the surface of that emotion and don’t go all the way through it, which later on can creep back in and make you feel unresolved and stuck in the past.
