@juleshough : It was an honor to share the stage with my friend, neuroscientist @wendy.suzuki to learn and share more about the science behind the connection between movement and the brain. Thank you @uclahealth for having us and all of the incredible speakers at the UCLA Wonder of Women Summit. Realizing dance was my super power was one of the most pivotal moments of my life. During some of the most formative years of my childhood, I discovered that by dancing, I was able to move my body and TRANSFORM this anxiety that lived inside of me. I found an outlet that allowed me to feel completely self expressed, and now I feel so excited and passionate to be able to share that experience with all of you. #UCLAWOWSummit
