@jamielynnspears : I love sharing my favorite things with y'all and one thing I've been loving recently is the @peanut app, it's amazing 💕💕. The app is all about connecting moms to find friendship and support. As y'all know, I was a very young mother, and I would've loved to have a resource like this when I had Maddie. Having 2 kids 10 years apart, it’s like being a brand new mom all over again. I had sooo many questions, especially the first time Ivey got sick. Instead of texting a bunch of people on my phone, I just went on @peanut and within a few minutes I had answers from a bunch of real moms. The app works by introducing you to women in your neighborhood based on the things you have in common—interests, mutual friends, age/gender of your children, and so much more! You can meet, chat and ask questions to a community of women who just get it. So if any of you mamas out there are looking for a place to connect with other women in your area, and have real conversations without the mom-shaming, then I highly recommend you try @peanut out!
