I love that @kaaviajames is welcome & loved at #LAsFinest and I ❤ that we have a family friendly set and a production that embraces and supports mothers, pregnancy, breast feeding, maternity/paternity leave, actually having time to see your family, reasonable scheduling, and we manage to stay on budget and make our days and people actually like coming to work. This has never been the norm in any industry but that can change. It has to change. It's actually better for business. A word.
