@sophiabush : Guys. I just spent the morning with the incredible @guidedbybiet. And I love that it’s Friday because there’s no one who deserves a #FierceFemaleFriday or a #FridayFounder shoutout more than this woman!! • Biet’s life story, moving through tragedy and strife, coupled with 30+ years of deep study on meditation and spirituality, mixed up with some serious N.Y. rock-n-roll scene craziness, is one for the books. So much so, that she wrote one! #DontJustSitThere is at once rebellious, modern, enlightening, and illuminating. Reading this book, and getting to deep dive with her today on applying all of this stuff so magically + practically in her own life so that we can all learn too? Well. It’s a game changer. I can’t recommend her work enough. • My sister @stacylondonreal took me to one of Biet’s group meditation/coachings back in April.
