My fab brother in-law Cam is doing just that with this awesome new initiative #eightwords It’s a nonprofit organisation aimed at increasing everyone’s take on their own self care called EIGHTwords... What is #EIGHTwords you ask...? The EIGHTwords initiative #EIGHTwords I AM AMAZING... I AM WORTHY... I CAN... After meeting with his students everyday living with mental illness, students experiencing homelessness, financial issues, addiction, suicidal ideation and many other co-morbid issues; his goal behind the #EIGHTwords initiative is to get any person that sees themselves as worthless, or worse yet, those who are actually told they are, to tell themselves EIGHTwords every day...! To say them out LOUD until they start believing; THEY ARE AMAZING THEY ARE WORTHY, and that THEY CAN do anything...! His dream is to make this a global phenomenon, to spread the #EIGHTwords initiative until it becomes common language for everyone, so we can shape the people of the world to be the best they possibly can...
