The first two sets we did 20 seconds, and I suggested we try 30 seconds on the third set but she insisted we stick to 20 seconds. I said yes, then just lied and had her do 30 seconds anyway. This is a good lesson in how to communicate with tricky clients. The extra 10 seconds was punishment for her vandalizing my board (swipe left).
