@harryshumjr : When I was growing up, my parents always emphasized to me that there is nothing more important than taking care of your health.  Because if you don’t have that, then you can’t take care of others.  One aspect that was rarely discussed at home was being emotionally healthy.  That was something I had to pay more attention to so I could find ways to get my mind in tune with my body. Taking care of your health means more than staying active and eating right, it also means taking care of your emotional health.
