Take a screenshot, share, and save the recipe below. 🤳🏼 📋: Panna cotta with rhubarb syrup, currants + raspberries -> for the panna cotta -> bloom 2 tsp pwd gelatin in 2 tbs cold water -> let sit for 5 minutes -> in a small saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 cup heavy cream + 1 cup whole milk (or 2 cups half and half) + 1/3 cup sugar + pinch of salt + 1 tsp vanilla extract (or paste) -> whisk until combined and small bubbles appear around the edge of the pan -> turn off heat -> whisk in gelatin mixture until dissolved -> pour into ramekins or glasses -> refrigerate until firm -> top with rhubarb syrup
