Even if it’s just remembering your own water bottle, grocery bag and coffee cup... that’s a huge dent in your daily waste! Or as simple as when you are ordering a drink, remind them to skip the straw so you can #stopsucking. Maybe invest in a mesh produce bag for the grocery store or in a stainless steel straw to carry around with you. Or as big as learning to make your own toothpaste and using a bamboo toothbrush, or buying in bulk and carrying your own containers. One step at a time, we can all create new healthier habits for our bodies, our families and our globe. 🌈 Can you make one small commitment this month to change a bad habit into a better one??
