As some of you may know, March is #coloncancerawareness month which means that if you’re 50 or older (45 or older if you’re African American) and you haven’t talked to your doctor about getting screened…and to my younger followers, if you haven’t talked to your friends and family about getting screened, I’m here to remind you that NOW is the perfect time to do it! Colon cancer is the second leader cancer killer of men and women combined, but it is so preventable. Screenings save lives. #FBF to when my very dear friend #jimmykimmel did one and proved just how easy it is, and that there’s nothing to be nervous about.
