I couldn’t be more proud! It’s really special to see how much they mean to people who join our classes. Here’s one of my all-time favourite stories from the archive..... Colin joined the Ministry of Food course after his wife passed away, he wanted to learn to cook independently and most importantly cut down his high intake of salt and saturated fat foods due to his diabetes. Since completing the course not only is Colin more confident in cooking from scratch, but he has lost over a stone in weight and has made new friends, too! #MinistryOfFood10 #keepcookingskillsalive
