1. Plié lunches with arm - 8 reps each arm + side skips alternating eight and left for 4 reps
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2.Elbows up, arm circles alternating right and left - 4 + jump open and close with arms - 4 +pliés with arms - 4 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3.Lunge Kick-16 reps + Elbow/knee tap - 16 + Hand/knee tap side crunch - 16 & repeat other side
4.Pull resistance band out and in - 16 each side twice
5.Flexed hand pulse -24 + 3-count Tricep dip - 8 + Single Tricep dip - 16 + 3-count Tricep dip - 8 + Flexed hand pulse - 24. Repeat other side.
6.Plié jump kick alternating right and left - 8 + 4 side skips alternating right and left
7.Arm push/ lean right and left - 8 + Diganol pulse down - 8 + Arm rolls - 8 + Repeat other side. Elbow / knee jumps out/in - 8 + Pliés with arms - 8 + Arms open/ close - 8 + Arms down/ up - 8 Repeat
