@halfadams : It took me all day to work up the courage to ask Ricky if I could take his photo and I only took one. He’s super back lit and no matter how much I toyed with the settings his face was always a little hidden. A little obscured. And then it occurred to me that’s exactly how he would want it. Was such an honor working with everyone on @sneakypetetv but working with Ricky Jay was something beyond honor. It was, well, magic. My last night working with him he was very cold and so I asked the PA to turn the heater on in his trailer so it would be warm when he got there. And when the van pulled up, I felt his hand grab mine in the dark and he patted it. I looked up and he smiled at me whispered, “Thank you.” And he went to get changed. A week later he was gone. The time together was short but left a major impression. Thank you #sneakypete and @amazonprimevideo for bringing me along for a very special ride. Check out Season 3 now. Hope you enjoy.
