In the terrifying political climate we are living in I want to take a second to talk about a strong female candidate I truly believe in. @paulette_jordan is running for Governor of my home state Idaho and in the process making history. In a state that has historically been overwhelmingly republican and male dominated Paulette Jordan is striving for change. She is a native america, democrat who is fighting for education, land preservation, expanding health care and finally giving a voice to the long ignored minorities of Idaho. I’ve gotten the privilege to hear her speak on two occasions and both times she has moved me to tears. If Idaho can become a blue state it will change the political landscape our entire country.
