@derekhough : Had the honor of dancing with the @kinjaz and @keonemadrid @_marimadrid for a performance on @nbcworldofdance . Their tradition for welcoming someone into the crew, even if it’s just for one performance is for you to dance in the middle of a circle. Like a little initiation.
