Please wait... @jamieoliver : A very special tuna dish , page 204 of Jamie’s Italy .... very slowly Fried whole chilli ,cinnamon, pine nuts, lemon zest, capers and saffron then turn up heat and add wine and tomatoes to mate a wonderful scented sauce which you then slowly poach a big chunk of tuna, absolutely amazing flavour wonderful flakes / hunks of tuna and served simply with the sauce over some fluffy cous cous is a treat - leftover sauce amazing with pasta days later yum
