When I was 19 I signed an exclusive contract with #calvinklein which was exciting and an honor. This photo was taken during that time by my friend @herbritts The collection was inspired by @kellyaklein who was an equestrian and Calvin’s then wife and muse. We got the chance to spend some time together in Wellington this weekend and it brought back many memories...And now, I get the thrill of watching my daughter accomplish so much more than I ever got to pretend to be on a horse.

My cousin just sent this photo to our family of my father. So handsome with his afro & his 70’s collared shirt. 26 yrs ago today I lost my Papi. Not a day goes by that I don’t think of him. happy birthday thank u next 🤍 making this project with so many dear friends quite literally saved my life and gave me the courage to be vulnerable and be honest with people. thank u for making me feel heard, safe and incredibly human. it is nice (and so healing) to know that i don’t have to hide behind a weird, polished pop star facade and that i’m able to connect with so many people over my truths and pain. i know that should have clicked for me sooner but it didn’t and i want to thank u for showing me first hand that it is okay. all of it. i have been writing and creating a lot lately and it feels nice. i am in no rush to pop anything out of the oven yet !! but i do look forward to this new chapter and sharing more stories / life with u. :) sending a tremendous, warm hug.

I’ve been lucky enough to play in the @attproam almost every year since 2001. It was always the highlight of my year. Not just for the incredible golf, but because it became an annual (growing) family trip over the years. A very special tradition. Winning it in 2017 was (as I’ve publicly & in front of my kids, stated) the best day of my life. Not just for the golf, but for my pops who (thought me everything I know about life thru the game of golf) & (at this point) couldn’t walk the course like he used to, so next best thing was sitting in the Tap Room at the Lodge, drinking a Cutty & following my progress on his phone (which he could barely turn on) Aside from winning, our family just being together was everything. I cherish every memory in Monterey & God gave us many! We’re grateful. Taking a little time off. The folks are watching from above now, baby #4 is due soon, but we will be tuned in & cheering our Monterey Peninsula pals on this wkend on @cbssports Wishing all our amateur and @pgatour friends good luck!

I want to set the record straight. Running is hard. Exercising is hard. Sometimes I feel like it's 99% mental and sometimes you just have to stop in the middle and lay on the ground (but it's become a sort of therapy for me that turns my brain off for an hour at a time which is a big part of why I do it). I just want to set some realistic expectations for people on here who aren't as comfortable with working out, that showing up is half the battle. I know it's cliché but it's true, it's one step at a time and if you challenge yourself a little bit more than you did yesterday, you're on your way. I just want to remind you that social media can be exhausting and totally deceiving, so take a deep breath, remind yourself not to compare yourself to others and do your best. There's room for us all 🙏🏻♥️
